Your intentions are good but Can't report what mods can't see. If you realy feel you must report somthing like this then foward the message to a mod. Most of the time you don't even have to block the user just don't reply back and delete the message. Have to vote no on this sry.

If you have a serious problem with another user sending you PMs he shouldnt be, simply forward the PM to a Mod and explain briefly what happened.
As for small problems, just delete the PM and block the user.
A report PM function is not needed and will not work.
