This really doesn't mean they have to change any of the actual rules, it is just adding in a detail to one of the existing rules,
so people are more aware of what's allowed and what isn't. :)

I Voted yes, but i would like to see a 50-55 and 70-75 Slack on the Rule. Most Of Us get the size down, but for those who have cool signatures that cant get them to 70 it will help them. Without hurting the pixelation.
