Not sure where your getting this from, theres a lot more people then you think that sell guilds and theres also people want have guilds but dont sell them because it can be a major pain trying to find a buyer with 3 different forums that all get massively spammed in so they just dont sell them because of that reason.

I like the idea, but the number of people selling guilds is quite small... (to have a new subforum it has to have a large base of users to warrant creating it.)
