It's a good idea and would help some of the new members out, but at the same time it might be confusing in the cases where more than one rule is broken/someone reports it for wrong reason, so it might make more work for them. If they can get it to work fine than I'm all for it.

Tm's and mods did used to leave a reason, idk why they dont anymore, lazyness?

Leave the reason when closing it, once closed no Members can bump blink.gif
