I'm going to have to say no on this one.
I like the idea of being able to have this, but I could definitely see how this could be abused.

Example - A user comes to your thread and spams, so you minimize his post (maybe just one post, maybe all from that user). Then he comes back in and edits his post with something entirely different. So, they could edit it in with porn, and nobody would be the wiser.

Imagine three or four users spamming just to get their posts minimized, so they can edit it to porn.
Then, somebody get scammed in your thread, so you have to put it in the Scammer Accusation forums.
Of course they will have to show ALL of the posts to get the proof, then BAM, the poor guys and girls in the SA are sitting on a lot of porn they didn't want to see.

This could go seriously bad, to be honest.

I don't see how that's any different from seeing someone else post porn... Just report and move on
