If making an accusation added something to your permanent record on d2jsp, people might band together to make several topics for someone they didn't like, faking screenshots and adding them to that list of topics. It's half of the reason that there isn't a user feedback system, the other half being people that just might upvote friends, guilds, and guilds of friends/friends of guilds, or sell up voting services.
well he said a search bar like the ones in the trade forum, afaik the search bar only works for topics that haven't been around for more than a week, so it wouldn't be that bad.
and I don't know how it works but I expect you get punished for false accusations
