You need to prove you won't break a rule again and prove you have changed your ways (breaking the rules). The time period can change beacuse of that. I doubt they will ever take it away.

A quick way to get your warn down if you got any would be to just follow all the rules and stay active, and in 30 days you shouldn't be rejected or have it extend if you follow the rules and stay active (showing u changed, and won't break a rule again).
