This past weekend was the Closed Beta test 2, Second weekend.
PVP servers were added and the level cap was increased from 23 to 27 and another dungeon was added.
Some server issues are still being tweeked. PVP was fun however they have some serious flaws in my opinion that need to be worked out. There is literally no reward to just PVPing. You must partake in Guild wars and Town/city wars between other guilds in order to get any rewards. Those rewards being just achievement points and rankings. If I wanted to play guildwars I would play guildwars.
Another thing to note is the game itself takes so much RAM and process on your computer your graphics cards are going to overheat and fry and end up being useless if you play for VERY long extended periods of time (unless you have a computer that's water cooled and maintained.
Some good points though is the game itself is getting HUGE praise across NA and EU for it's very detailed game play... The game itself looks really nice and is really entertaining if you can get past the server side issues which will be worked out at time of release.
