isnt also against the rules to sell something you dont have so this goes against the d2jsp rules srry but aint going to happen
its against the rules to offer sumthing you dont have, but to setup a trade for it would be a diferent story imo

Kevin is already busy enough, what you're asking will only complicate things and put more on his plate.
It's already been said, there are plenty of items that are non refundable. Even with the fg being held as a down payment, it wouldn't be compensation for an expensive item that suddenly a user is left with because the other user didn't want it anymore. Sure you can weed out problem users eventually, you still leave the sellers with an item they don't need or want. If you want to discuss why further, pm kevin. I can tell you now that this will not happen. The rule is in place to protect both the sellers and the buyers.
and you misunderstood me sir, the total ammount of the trade would be given to the mediator, if the item is refundable then there would be a % given to the player selling, if its not then it would be the full ammount, its bm to back out of a trade so if sum1 were to do that they deserve it.
also, it would just open up more room for lower mediators to get promoted and would therefor allow members to earn there trusted tags

this is a great idea and i have a valid answer for everyone that thinks this is a bad idea
