Lets just make a scammer list.

Like 60% of jsp, not including the welchers/blacklisted people of the betting section, or the multis who have many acc's that are locked/scammer tagged/disabled.

List goes on and on as to why this would never work.

Read my post(s) again. It is not needed - if someone is found guilty of scamming, the person will be locked and scammer tagged. People would accuse each other of scamming because they don't like each other, the whole system wouldn't work. It is not that I have a personal problem with this suggestion, I'm just trying to explain you why this wouldn't work and why it is not needed.

When is Establish it ofc.

Everyone deserved a second chance, why would you want to showcase them so the public can see it?

It already shows they are a Scammer with a Redtag.

The only reason Trustedand Mediatorshave there own list is because they are helpful members who help users and help around the site. Also since it is a honor to get awarded a Trusted Tag.

I don't see how having a "list of Scammers" would benfit anyone at all.

if/when it's established they will be locked and get a scammer tag. There's no need for a list of those people to be posted, plus it would be difficult to keep up.

Difficult to keep up cause obv there are a lot,but not impossible I think.
and who repay back, and may be get unlocked need a second chance?

I was just going to say this. No need from me.
Scammers are all ready been tagged and if someone is a former scammer, dont you think she/he needs a second change? nn to ruin someones reputation just because they have done mistakes in past but solved them.
