I see... It probably falls under the section "donot make special events- raffles, ironmans etc.." As its kinda like a game/gamble

As I see it..The entire topic with the exception of 1 post in 2 pages is spam/off-topic & early bumps... The trading grounds are for trading only- all post must be on topic & relative to the trade

Maybe the closing staff member selected the wrong option?

Kindly PM the link to a Trade Moderator & politly ask them to explain Y it was closed for "Illegal Trade", would be ur best option for an answer

Iv'e also experienced the same problem, I had been selling annis with the option to gamble.
I was charging 30fg per unid or 40fg with gamble option.
Gamble option stated if the stats/res were matching 20/20, 19/19, 18/18, etc..
I had it all typed out so it wasn't because it was unclear.
It was an extra option, they can buy an unid without the gamble if they wanted.
I had many closed topics due to illegal trades because they cannot guarentee I would give up the free anni.
Also got 10% warn for the same thing.
I can go trade names and steal them back if I wanted.
Yet, legit trades that I am trying to make get shutdown/warned.

Buying an unid item to begin with is gambling.
Selling unid items should be illegal too.

Won't happen. Gambling will never be supported.

By definition then is buying any unid item a gamble? Should that not be aloud to?
This is another sales ploy that in my opinion should be legal, at your own risk, by the rules posted on JSP.
It is currently not breaking any rules on this website.

Yeah its not supported but neither are name trades/account trades.
They're all trade at your own risk.
As this should be, we are all offering standard unid annis for base price.
Offering an added gamble/insurance shouldn't be illegal.

Its not the Unidentified part that's ur problem... Its the pricing based on what u identify that makes it gambling

Understood, but my point is by definition then any unid items should not be aloud to be traded on this site due to that same rule.
By the way does the D2Jsp raffle count as gambling to?

I see what ur saying in regards to the person purchasing the item is taking a chance @ what they get

However the price is the price regardless of what they identify

Were as in the form of ur trade, it boreders on the lines of extortion... As they are charged an extensive/excessive fee based upon what they identify

The rule is stated for the trading grounds... The d2jsp raffle isn't located in any trading ground forum... It is a part of the main site... Therefor doesn't fall under the trading ground rules

Mine got closed too and the price never changed.
40fg for gamble.
30fg for regular unid.
e/ If the person is buying an unid anni it normally means they want to gamble.
Adding an extra gamble option shouldn't be illegal.
Im not asking for it to be supported, but at the very least it should be legal.
