I don't think so, that sticky is still good to keep track of the times. I like this idea though. Voted yes.

I like the idea, but a lot of members get Mediator and Moderator confused already. They might start messaging the Mediators with Moderator Issues. I think as long as there is an obvious disclaimer that says something like "Mediators are only here to help with trading. Please contact "Moderators" if there are any forum related issues" it would be fine.

Then also make the list very simple, maybe with what games they can moderate with no Avatar or any other information really just to keep the page less cluttered.

That is a good point. Maybe add a section somewhere to show online mediators and which games they can mediate. This could reduce the "Active mediator list" stickies many of the game forums have. The current mediator page is useful, but most members will not go through every mediator to see if they are online and if they can mediate that specific game.

I agree Mediators should not be under staff, because not all mediators are not a part of the d2jsp staff.
