This can be done for all forums but the s/a. I make bold/red title topics and most of the time they get filled with unwanted spam. I pm a moderator and if he/she decides to take action its usually just a warning via pm. Regardless of what the moderator decides to do, the spam is still there in my paid thread. I can link the last 50 paid topics here in this thread and all of them will have spam on them.

S/A is a place where you can defend yourself against accusations and can easily be an exception to this site suggestion.
