Paying for a thread does not give you any better treatment when it comes to the rules, or treated differently than any other thread. You are purchasing a feature that attracts extra attention to your thread from a visual perspective, nothing more.
The rules are quite clear about double posting and early bumping, if you want to show several images together crop them into one, or maintain a few different "For Trade" threads (as long as they do not break any other rules such as too many in the top 50 or early reposts of the same item)
