not rated users are allowed to pm scammers and locked users legally so they annoy one ? cuz we cant read the pms?

users who have scammed lose their rights to certain features

one of these includes pm'ing other users

no features should be limited to those who dont have bad tags/have no warns

for other reasons mentioned

if a user is only temporarily locked, due to investigation or fg purchase issues/validation, you should not be limited like that because of it; usually a few minutes up to a day or two

if a user if scammer tagged / locked for longer period because of actual scams, then the few pm's you can hold will b filled & irrelevant by the time you get unlocked;
or... can you still delete pm's when you're locked? well, then just don't delete.

so basically no because there are not only scammers with scammer tag / locked gold

reasoning like that just leads to more multis than people bothering to get there accounts unlocked/scammer tag removed. i don't see why they can't pm other people (is there some kind of reason behind this, or is it just to annoy them?).
