Restore any fg's without the scammer pays them is stupid, then scammers will say "oh he got his fg's back why I'm still locked?" + it wont give the scammers the chance to get back for
"Normal" use in jsp site.
Think about it , Scammer and Locked tags wont be needed anymore as d2jsp will repay any scam that was made by other's ( if I got it right )
