I suggest you to clean it and remove all the keyloggers.

How is d2jsp responsible for you downloading a shitty keylogger? Giving out refunds like this would do more bad than good and that's why d2jsp doesn't hand out refunds. Using fg is a privilege so you can chose to use it or not but you can't make any demands.
