No thanks. Everyone on the mod team is there for a reason, if they slacked or weren't good moderators I don't think they'd be there. I wouldn't want a rating system as a popularity contest. Not to mention, some do extremely good work in places you might not be active in, and they wouldn't be seen as often despite being fantastic at what they do. I wouldn't want to judge someone based on that when it's impossible to know the amount of work the mod team really does.

No way, it's wayyy too subjective and based on personal opinion.

Should be only allowed for users who has Donor Forum Access  if approved haahah

Some type of Minimum donors
so that someone couldn't just
keep making multis, maybe a minimum of a blue star
would be able to rate us.

I think it's a good idea but people would abuse it. Say if someone hated a particular mod because the guy gave him a warn, then he would say the moderator is really bad and rate him 1/5 stars and do all these things, even if the mod was right to have given him the warn.

Your stuck on them all being great.. understand that not all mods are here to help the people... I could see this working both ways, good and bad.

As for the unseen mods.. i completly agree there.. sadly the mods who do the most.. are seen the least. But for general trade mods, ect i dont see why they couldnt have a page(like the mod page itself wher ethey have their added info.. hi my name is ect) they could have a user star rating or comment area.. or anything simple that would let people know what kind of overall mod he/she is.

yea warned users dont know who warned them.. but i also like that... warned users couldnt vote, or the donor thing even... for the people who buy fg.

I think it would be kinda fun :)

thanks !!! a trusted not scured of what people say/think !!! rock on brother!

I also think this system would be good for our trusted friends.. who one day hope to be mods.. it might help the upper mods see what the people think of the trusteds ect.. and help me decide who earns the right to be a mod.. and have the power over peoples FG/ and shit.

After recent events I got thinking.. When a mod plainly ignores yea.. or you send them a PM about spam, and nothing gets done. There should be some way for people to note when a moderator/trusted/members+ + is slacking, not doing their job, or even showing poor edicit/ no repsect whatever.

Somthing simple like star ratings or the such.. when a mod assists me id also like to note that, that mod was very helpfull friendly ect. So it works both ways, the mods who have earned, helped, done whatever to earn a good rating would get a good user rating and then the general public would know they could go to that mod for help and would know they would get help. This doesnt mean that they arnt already busy and things.. but it would help us users know what meds to pm that will help and what meds are just here.. floating about doing things as they see fit.

Now I understand med/mods/trusteds must have done whatever.. to get their tags.. But why not make sure they are earning the title.. and not just doing as they see fit under the radar.. Let the people decide who is trusted/worth of trust, and who is not.

If a med gets over and voer rated poorly, or good things could be done then.. and when the general public is upset with things and how they went down they can express that without fear of being warned/banned.

Tbh I'm Ecpecting some sort of warn for this.. Even though I feel its a very good idea and i hope ive brought this up in a good way as to not hurt anyone feelings.

Thanks let me know what yea think. If this has been posted in the past.. sorry couldnt find it since theres no track button and i dont live in this forum. simply came here the other day posted and idea.. and got a warn for it. :D so we will try this idea.. see how it goes.

Browse the USEast Ladder trading forum for five minutes and tell me if those people are apt enough to walk and chew gum at the same time. God forbid if they are entitled to rank mods.

sad but true.. i understand that reatrds would interfeer... but somthing like a comments page, or somthing i think would be nice.. some way to make it publicly known when a mod is fucking off baiscly.. or not doing there job.. so they cant hid behind a vail of secrets...

:P but i do understand the whole having dumb people post dumb comments.. but it wouldnt be hard to weed out the crap people and the legit users.. kinda like when you buy a rarer/duped stated item... trust the random opinion or sum1 whos been here forever..

Basicly just iso some sort of checks and ballances for the mods.. who might try to get outa hand.
