dont get your last point. there is absolutely no diffrence between this solution and pressing the "print" button on your keyboard and uploading the picture on a side like imageshack or directupload except that things get a bit easier for the players.. if they could "squeese out fg out of trades" with this, then they could also do it with old goldlogs ..

you could combine this idea with other suggestions like a search function for goldlogs and make a bigger "goldlog" reform or so..

some people want hide the ammount they payed when showing goldlogs, since they probably got a nice price for it

hiding the person you bought it from and hiding the date is probably not very usefull though, I have to admit.
