Ok lets think about this

Max memebrs is 1000 so lets say there is a guild with 1000 members no topic no chat and the owner has something to say to the whole guild so 1000 pms at 20 secs apart so 5 hours just to pm everyone when the leader can just press a botton type his message and pm all 1000 members the same message in 10 secs

This isn't going to happen, guild leader only or not it has been suggested in multiple forms and denied in each one.

I personally would enjoy this. And im sure others would too but the fact remains that it wont happen and im not trying to be rude by any means.
It is the guild owners responsibility to keep in check with its members. if this were to be created it would cost more than a guild topic for example. Which the guild topic would do just the same thing as long as you keep your members informed and getting them to actively look at the guild topic which costs money.

Guilds are kept in check by the owner and you could always open a notebox too.



Again same thing what i said to arch goes for you. Mass PM would cost more than a guild topic, notebox etc. so no matter what it wont be free if it ever did pass. The topic notebox and what not are always going to offer the same thing. It is up to the owner of those guilds to actively jog his/her members brain's into a routine of checking out these things.

Only the guilde owner should have this access to send messages to everyone in the guilde.
