well mediators have to deal with alot of pms about questions, and mediating especially, so a higher pm inbox is kinda "needed".
but however, it would be no problem for me if not rated users would also have a bigger one, so i nulled

Yeah and i hold a lot of pms from friends the count doesnt matter we should all have more not just meds.
