n1way multi can bump/voulch already on jsp so ...

if jsp use that id put next to logo a buton to c who voted/rated that person would help to c if multi/friend only voted

or maybe id put that only person that are not in friend list/contact list cant voted

People can just bribe to get votes, use multi accounts/friends to vote. They can make a lot of "legit" looking accounts and just remove the person off of their friend list and put it back on after voting. This is not needed in my opinion as its to flawed.
