And also people can if they know they are going to get warned (they have massed spammed, posted porn, flamed a mod or whatever) then they can send their fg to a friend or a multi and then they have lost no fg.

I think fg taken away is a little harsh. Perhaps preventing gold usage for a couple days might be a better method.
