No, many of their privileges are taken, I think they should at least have the ability to trade.

First off your information about being locked/tagged is incorrect. They have the right/ability to pm people other wise it wouldnt be possible to get unlocked or even trade for that matter seeing that pm trades are illegal.

Second they can no longer scam anyone seeing as there fg is locked and the tag tells people they have scammed. Sometimes people make mistakes and should have the right to be able to repay them and that may mean that they need to trade items for fg (using a repay med) to make up for what they have done. I dont see any reason to stop locked/tagged users from being able to use the trading forums.

If you or someone else is really against trading with them then simply avoid trades with people that are locked/tagged no one is making you trade with them after all.

Absolutely not.

Jsp is always about second chances. A locked scammer has to trade items for items, and if that's a weak argument, how about when a locked scammer trades items for fg and has the mediator hold the fg to pay back scams?

Surely if you have been scammed you would want the chance to get paid back.

No, afaik you can still send gold to someone who is locked (and scammertagged?) , and that's one way for them to earn back fg to repay their scams if they regret it.
