I do, but every time I am told "We cannot do anything with bump 4 bump posts"

Thus my suggestion

As I mentioned earlier, the posts are at minimum considered to be spam. Therefore, a TA or TM can do something if they feel the need. The post violates the rules, after all.

I think you're digging too much toward trying to dictate what punishment is delivered. Most issues aren't black and white, and the staff is there to decide what recourse is merited, not you.

Lol?

When did I ever say anything that would make you think that.
You obviously have something against me or my idea, and are trying to demerit it.
This is an issue that myself and quite a few others feel should be considered a violation of the rules, so what is wrong with trying to make the site more strict?

The problem is that you're trying to dictate how the staff delivers punishments. These "bump 4 bump" posts didn't spring up yesterday - the staff has already dealt with them numerous times. Your thread here seems to be little more than an announcement that the staff's past decisions regarding how to deal with these posts has been incorrect. The first link in your signature agrees with this - when a TM didn't warn a member at your will, you grew frustrated. The sixth post in this thread also indicates that you're interested in the specific punishment invoked.

As I've mentioned already, such posts do violate the rules. The staff does choose whether or not to pursue recourse. The thread creator can request to have their thread closed so that they can repost, should it become cluttered with spam.

Wrong.

They started recently, as until the last month or so I had never seen someone post like that because it was known as thread jacking.
(basically from the beginning of the new ladder season)

Bump 4 bump posts should be illegal, and punishable in some way shape or form.

Reasons:

90% of the time, they could be considered thread jacking.
It's a cheap way to spam +1's under the radar.
It takes views away from both the person who's thread it was posted in, as well as the other threads on the top 50.

I agree with you
since the beginning of ladder season they became ALOT more frequent

that's why i think they should be more severe (i think ppl get away too easily with spam in general anyways)
