Bad idea, this has been proposed before, mainly bad because not everyone has 10% or more due to spamming. So why punish them?
It WOULD promote multi-accounting, and it would further PM bashing even more.

Also it would reduce the chance of people trying to get better, of buying an item on a quick auction post.

I voted no before, and still will.

About pm bashing, well we do have a block function don't we? Also as far as I know the warn%s always come with a reason why some certain person has received X% warn. I think its possible to create a code that recognizes if you've been warned for spam or not. Kind of like a stamp that the program can read. There's lots of room for improvement and hence why I want people to start thinking how this could be utilized the best.

Well, they should suffer from the warn, since they haven't obeyed jsp rules.
And PM bashing is avoidable by blocking.
And it wouldnt reduce the change of people trying to get better, since they would learn their lesson and feel the 'pain'.
