this has been suggested and denied numerous times due to the fact that anyone could put anything in this "trustable" log or w/e you want to call it. Someone could easily abuse it by:
1 - making a bunch of multi accounts and posting good comments on one main account
2 - having a bunch of friends post good comments even though they have never traded
