Well the system hasn't been working since I joined... The JSP mod team is content with the fail system they have going.
All the old moderators that did actually issue warns for early bumps / spamming are long retired.

All the new mods are 15 years old & want to spread smiley faces & rainbows all over the forums instead of actually enforcing the rules.

i've seen the new mods issue 5 + verbals to users within an hour & still not give the user a warn.

(whereas on the other hand i get issued 10% at 60 days for calling a guy an "idiot" ...
I'm still iso my site suggestion to be filled that i posted in the donor forums.... aka not let anyone under the age of 20 become a members ++ or higher)

I'd reply to your larger post but, I've come to realize you'll only point out more flaws in the system...

Paul hardly does any "moderating" it's basically up to the mod team to determine warns / enforce the rules.
If anyone is failing ... it's not Paul... it's all the 16 year olds on power trips

He's the one who refuses to place more than 4 "Senior Moderators" at a time.
He's the one who refuses to place more than 8 "Jr. Moderators" at a time.
He's the one who chooses to let 16 year olds on power trips (DoomOnYou, Paprick) be "in charge."
He's the one-- etc.

It's his site, he lacks moderation himself, and doesn't (apparently) do anything to change/enforce it.

You clearly don't understand how the mod team is chosen if you think Paul is the one who hand picks each person.

It's up to a vote between all current mod team members who's in & who's out.

We don't need more Senior mods anyway.... we need more junior / trade mods.
