you could make an "east classic discussion thread" in the general chat. pm everyone who spams the link to it. reasons why this is better than a sticky:

1) you don't have to wait a month for people to vote on your thread in site suggestions.
2) you don't have to wait for a mod to create it for you.
3) stickies are meant for rules and regulations. not spam.
4) this is what general chat is for....
