Even if the 30% thing your saying was in place how many people in the runescape section have more then 30%? very little

RUNESCAPE SHIT IS SO BORING.
Whenever an actual event is made, like 3 people show up.
Skill threads are stupid and only good for +1's.
Everybody gets mad when you post a clue scroll thread unless the reward is 1m+.
IMHO, the rs section is fine as it is, people who play rs just chilling, talking about whatever with a bit of rs mixed in.

That's what runescape is though; there is realistically very little to be said about the game because there is very little interactive gameplay in it. Outside of the "gwd with me" threads and "here's a fucking retarded question that I could have spent less time googling than posting here" there is nothing to do but talk to your friends that also troll the forum/play the game. Thus the social threads arise, and with social threads comes drama, like Plague apologizing. It happens. That's what runescape is, and to change that would be to obliterate the forum.
