Majority of locked users have a strong animosity towards the staff of this forum. If they were given the ability to report threads, they would abuse it and report everything. Thus making d2jsp mod teams job even harder. I do not see this changing anytime soon. If you really need to report something, pm a trade assistant or trade mod with it. If your warn bar prevents you from reporting it via pm, post in general help with a link to the violation (only do this for serious violations that require immediate attention)
