Funny to see people complaining everywhere. You were not allowed to offer services in the Trading Grounds before.
Now, with the new event system, you are allowed to do so. You may create an event, stating that you start an UT in 2 hours.
As a positive side effect, leveling/rushing topics will vanish from the Trading Grounds, the trading itself will be more comfortable.
Once people got used to the new system you will see its benefits as well. Give it some time and try to use it.
It won't change back to the "old system". And I believe it will actually make things a lot easier for most of you.
