I vote yes...

As you mentioned, it is a perfectly "legal" way for people to scam and get away with it...

It is also throwing off the value curve of fg... There are FAR too many memebers who have been on JSP for a very short period of time who are holding 100k+ fg ALL made from sports betting (which is against JSP rules)

I don't see this happening. If you think about it, some of the points have already been posted in this thread.

As much as I'd like to see it banned all together and warns/suspensions handed out, it's highly unlikely. As unlikely as removing early bumps and spam on this forum.

No, it would be good if it could be stoped, but it cant be. All that who play poker would rage and spam, thats not better either. Noones forced into playing, everyone knows its not supported.If they are still willing to take the risk of getting scammed, its up to them. Too many people for it to be stoped. Its still not supported and it wont be. Everyone has a free choice. If youre brave enough to take the chance of getting scammed, go for it. If not stay safe and dont go there.

Banning the betting goes along with facilitating scams via PM btw. Not so sure if that is desired.

i voted no. its only stupidity that gets ppl scammed in the poker forums imo (not trying to trash talk anyone), if everyone used the poker meds there wouldnt be any probs.
