i think thats true but only for people who actually used jsp....

no posts is and 5+ years is kinda same thing as not validating ur account imo

I am an 05 and forgot I even had an account until I saw my friend use this site last year.
sooo many people I would assume come back, but not as many as anticipated.

maybe he could make a thing if they ever log in again so it read
''Due to your inactivity, your account was temporarily suspended. Please choose a new, unique username''

I say no, just because when people signed up i think it was stated in the agreement that the account wont be deleted.
