If yes, then that is at the bottom of the drop down menu.

No, I'm not talking about the guild owner transfer!
I'm talking about the VAULT TRANSFER option IN LADDER SLASHER which costs 100 FG for 7 Days, if you're playing LS, and using vault, you probably know what it is. ( Vault -> Transfer )
