No.

People alwys can call someone else to bump it

But is that a reason not to add this?... :(

edit: It's still a lot better than the same person posting 'Bump', 'Up',... every few minutes.

Then you just pm people in your guild/friends list to bump your thread...
No, won't work.

Because what are you doing to do this for all post from the way you make it sound for one sometimes there is a need to be able to post more then once consectively for example my dclone guide when I repost it the next time I've gotten approval to do it on 2 separate post. Other things such as price guides, rules and such are not always posted by a moderator or members++. But sometimes just by trusted or such and then they have one of those sticky it when they get a chance again in theory it's a good idea in realistically it would evolve a lot more then you probably think. To be honest I have no real problem with the current system cause there is always a way around if nothing else they will have there friends just fake bid or low ball to bump you can't stop it.

If you can't stop something no point making it worst on everyone but rather find ways to coupe with it from inside the internal staff and external members actually reporting the post other then just post in the thread that no early bumping and never reporting it.

People making multiple threads of the same item should be warned, since they are trying to bypass a new solid rule.

edit: I added this in my first post^^

Just the same with early bumpers.

it's a good idea but there are ways around it, if warns were increased so that each is 20% and then given out properly the problem would be solved, the mods are too lenient on this forum

people will get around it by either making new threads or having their friends reply to their current thread. pretty much no matter what you do, people will find a way around it.

/e and there have been past suggestions to be more strict with the rules and handing out warns. however was turned down because early bumps and making new threads are just a minor rule break.
