Avoid Scams? Explain Please.

ehm lets he have scammed one then he name change so when the user try get hes link it doesnt work

but he can say hes name was something but it doesnt exist because name change.

Well if he changed his name after he scammed someone, Njag is the one who does the name changes, I'm sure njag goes to scammer accusations and makes sure there isn't any existing/active topics about say person(s) then he'll change the name for this person.
