He is not asking to have the 30 second time limit between posts removed, he is insinuating the incorporation of a timer that lets you know when you are able to post again.

Sounds like a useless cool thing, I mean there wouldn't be any harm, it has bothered me a few times, but I really don't think it's necessary

Or just be patient and wait the 30 seconds....

I know what he is asking... I do not see the need to add a ticker to tell you when you can post again. I think being able to count to 30 is easy enough.
