there have been dozens of topics in site suggestions about just this before
all denied cuz u r not allowed to hold public raffles,
where it is up to a non-tt to distribute winnings in case of wins
the only thing i can't figure is why poker-gambling is tolerated
it's a bit of a skill ofc, but still huge gamble/chance factor involved
