Its been suggested plenty of times every time getting declined as d2jsp doesn't support gambling between its members. The raffle is somewhat different.

The only reason jsp uses the hourly raffle is to get FG out of the system. Since many people purchase fg, the inflation of it has gone up. The hourly raffle just helps take it out. Stop bumping this.. it's not going to happen. It's been declined before, and this is no different.
