I voted "No," I believe that a person is innocent until proven guilty! They shouldn't suffer simply because somebody ACCUSED them of something! Do you understand how much abuse something like this would cause?!

Awful idea. This would cause so much abuse to the system and would piss off way more people
If someone scams and then send their fg off to a multi it's not like Sabine can't just look at their gold logs and then lock all their multis it's fine how it is now.
