the thing is i see your point in everything should be an equal but it does not work so well in all cases. for example you have a person A who has been scammed and you have person B who is reporting a muliti acc and then you have person C, who has been locked and pleading to have his penaulty overturned. Now if it worked how you mentioned it there is a 1/3 chances one of these posts will be a priority, in the worst cases person A is left in the dark despite having a more serious problem.. by the time they get arround to person A the scammer has allready used the fg or passed it to his m8 and so if he gets locked he still has partially got away with it.
In the real world this is how things are run. The bigger priority things always come over the smaller priority of things, If you go to the police a man who robbed a shop is not going to get the same priority over someone who killed a couple ppl.
That's why I said that people should check the threads list instead of the last post.
Moreover, most "approved helpers" and "mediators" have their own place to be. For example, Sabine does not busy herself with people pleading to be unlocked. Her spot is the Scammer Accusations itself. So even if there are some posts in the "last post" that do not attract her attention, she'll simply refresh, and see a thread that does.
