I like the idea, i don't know how it would effect site load to give everyone their own notes for each user but it would be a cool thing to have

Im sure there is a way to make it fit either way.
They could do like a 50 character max, make the notepad small, or whatever they do.
I just wanna keep tabs on some people, cause we all talk to hundreds of people here
every day and forget most of em lol.

I see in most people's profile they keep track of what users are like
such as,

Scammers:

Yea but some stuff you dont wanna bring out to the public.
IE: My profile has no scammer list, cause I think its kinda BM to have one. But thats just my opinion.
I'd like my own little private reminders.

Instread of a notpad.... couldnt you have a clientside "rating" for the person that only you can see.... notepad or not, you will forget. It should go under Warn

It could be used for many things. Like I loan guild members FG sometimes, it would be nice to keep track of who owes
me what in their NotePad. I could think of many more uses too.
