besides the facts several people mentioned above, you must exclude ALL the underage betters from the subforum to legalize it (since d2jsp is subject to the laws of united states).
but how can it be possible? :huh: voted no.

This is a good (and the only) point against this.
One of which I was unaware.

However, by legal definition; the hourly raffle would fall under the same restrictions as a poker sub-forum.
With both falling under the same restrictions and one being currently allowed...
The site is either currently in violation of the ''Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006'' or a poker sub-forum is perfectly legal.

A simple solution to an age restriction: register your age with the account and have it restrict access to the forum, the same as other sites with similar services.

I'll do a bit more reading on the law and properly cite it for you when I have a bit more time at hand.
