Trusted and mediator tagged members are not allowed to testing items.
There are a lot of reason, but the most important is, if the item is poofed on the mediator then how will he proof it?
Or how can? No way to proof it, the item wasnt scammed but poofed.

Its very easy, questioned items should be bought from someone who you know, and not from an unknown, who you dont trust.
