If the fg is directly linked to the user and the scammer is proven guilty, I think the victim should recieve something. Kinda like when you get sued imo.

this may generate very unfair situations when the scammer already paid all the scammed fg for ingame items/services of an innocent third person.
also, how and where does a victim recover lost fg if the scammer randomly spent it into hourly raffles or jsp official features, then nobody holds it anymore?

for those and DoomOnYou's point, i'm against the suggestion.

most scammers I've seen (and I've seen ALOT) have less than 100 fg on em...and any items or fg that they do scam they tend to send it to their "Legitimate" account...
