and if it will be open for all, it will be camped 24h a day, spammed, and confusing.
the mod team add people that helps the community, wont be open for all.

The S/A helpers were chosen for a reason.

They've been observed to be mature and to know what they're doing.

Believe me if it was open to the public, it'd be jumbled up and confusing.

makes no sense at all to remove the helpers
people who got scammed having faster support there because always someone is there to help.
it cannot get changed to allow everyone to help there - it would become a spamsection.
the helpers are learned and instructed by the modteam how and what to post.
use a mediator-dont get scammed-dont visit the scammer accusation and they wont bother you
