Once people are Locked / Scammer Tagged, the majority of them do not care for the site anymore and begin to trash it persay.
Adding this, would just give them the oppurtunity to trash it even more by flooding the Mod Q with posts that don't deserve to be looked into. Completely slowing down the Mods work for cleaning the forum up.

i think there should be a warn% that removes this right, not gold being locked.

many people who are locked are just under investigation.
the people who cause the majority of problems are the spammers, flamers, etc.

Thanks, like i said also, only have it removed when the Scammer tag is awarded. you can request to be locked but you still lose the rights.
