if it is restrcited to the trading area, it can easily be checked and/or reported

It's been suggested time and time again and turned down because people could supposedly use it for the purpose of scamming.

Give me the ideas of the time when the scamming is taking place, and in your opinion
it is easier to do it, than it was. I've seen people here saying no with no reason at all.
Say Why it would be easier, not just because it would.

Also, this method that you are talking about, is after all same as this one here, but much easier.
Now, let's hear what it is that makes this idea unacceptable..
