we should implement a system where the number of accusations against a person can be a part of their profile? This way someone doesn't need to be proven guilty (the system here is a tad bit slow) and we can use # accusations'a against a person as a way to decide whether or not to give first in a trade.
100% agreed. SA works 3-4/10
You propose a way that accusations would be part of your profile. I like it.
It would let other users to justify users trustworthy.

I've seen alot of people get scammed by individuals who do it as a habit and receive multiple accusations but they can continue their scams and often do since it takes a while for em to get caught.

Think of it as the warning system that mods use but instead, it can be used by any registered user to register a complaint against a user. And that log of complaints will simply be a table of data listing who filed a complaint against the user, and for what reason. This log would be visible and accessible in the users profile.
so for example if I filed a complaint against some guy called Mr X, Mr X's profile would have a link to a list of complaints against them and you would see something like
Complaint by: duffman316 (registration date of duffman316)
Reason: Mr. X Didn't pay for a shako that he bought from me
Link: To the scammer accusation thread made by duffman316 against MrX
for each entry of an accusation against the accused~
No verdict is necessary and we can determine by the number of accusations against a person whether or not we should give first when trading with them.
Agree, if only a TT adds accusation log content.
First of all it needs to be easyer than scammer tagging because mods are lazy.
